Your responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations with a hands-on presence
- Lead, coach, and support both team leaders & pizzaiolos
- Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service according to FAVV standards
- Drive performance and team growth through mentorship
- Discuss and report main KPIs with head of operations monthly
- Be a culture-keeper: embody the NYC hustle, grit, and charm
- Handle scheduling, staff, inventory, vendor relations, reporting, etc.
